A* and Dijkstra over existing waypoints system

At mand1nga's request im extending pathlib to work over the existing waypoint system.

Most of the infrastructure is done. Its now in a "usable, but only just" state.
Could you commit your work on this tZork? plus link branch in this issue so we can see it and such.
Its committed already (in master, haven been for a long time).
To clarify, the pathlib part is there. The part to make bots use it, is not.

This needs test-integration with the bot system. Re-assign to me if the code do no work. (pathlib_waypointpath(...), server/pathlib/path_waypoint.qc)
