Remove Nexballarena

Description
As the title suggests Nexballarena should be removed from Xonotic.
Why?
- the gameplay is bad. way to easy to score.
- simple. just one room and thats it. (can be counted to the gameplay section)
- no real art style. several ideas mixed together, by several different persons.
The mapping contest got some nice nexballmaps as output. Maps from the tourney also can be used. All in all they are all better then nexball arena (Well, at least in my opinion)
