No self damage in current autobuild

Description

As title implies. None of splash damage weapons does any, nor do barrels on red-planet. Hit sound is played, but zero damage is taken.

I've got the 24th of May build so I don't have this bug, but it really should be down as URGENT not normal priority!

Funny thing: deleting config.cfg made it work again. It still remains to be seen, how did it got messed up in the first place and if update is going to mess it up again.
