Description
Instead of having runematch as a game make it a mutator.

I totally support this. Last time I brought it up (more than an year ago) I remember being told the change would be welcome, if anyone's willing to code everything.

+1 for mutator, this would allow "threewave CTF" style CTF too.

Could we please have more reference to Nanotechnology. I think runes are a more medieval/mythical modifier. Nanotechnology is the future equivalent.
For example an explanation for why the players can apparently breath in space is the use of respirocyte's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Respirocyte. When replacing the blood with these, you can hold your breath for 4 hours! Great explanation imo! :)

The reason I titled it rune mutator was because it would make more sense for people who have played runematch. The runes can be easily changed.

Imo Rune should be turned into a Relic system like UT's. That's almost like Rune only that they are a mutator, instead of runes you have descriptive symbols, you can only carry one at a time and they don't weaken an ability as they strengthen another. I love that :)
