rotating spawnpoints - effect location fails

If a spawnpoint is rotated (moved around an origin with given radius), the spawnpoint effect does not show
1) where the spawnpoint is at the moment, due rotation
2) where the spawnpoint was originally set in radiant.

Instead the effect is placed at a static location which differs some degrees from spawnpoint location in radiant.
It seems to depend on the speed value (degrees per second) - although it does not match

I have attached a small map to reproduce.
