Add a sound to freezetag whenever you hit a frozen player
it would be played at the same time when you hit them, but instead of the normal hitsound it would be an icey sound.
An idea here might be to expand upon something which was committed earlier, a hitsound done with stats in csqc -- We could add a LAST_HIT_TYPE and have it send sound it should play -- and this way we could expand upon hitsounds later and add even more dynamic hitsounds to other situations.
currently no sound is made, but can probably be made easily. It should be as if you were breaking ice off or something, or something similar.
