Move most of the console output to the chatbox

Description
We should move the console output (which right now is the topleft textbox on screen) to the chatbox and then disable the console output... This way it doesn't overlap the HUD, and it's more consistent.
What this needs though is to be:- Not too spammy
- able to show most of the important things which the console used to show... e.g. information which the HUD doesn't explain elsewhere.
