Description

Here is the issue:

settemp_for_type sets a cvar value temporaly only on the map which you are playing right now.

so by writing into the .mapfile

settemp_for_type v_psycho 1
You see the psychoeffect only for this map. After playing this map, v_psycho gets its old value (0) back like it should.

but while playing this map with
settemp_for_type v_psycho 1
in the .mapinfo, if you change some other value while playing like typing following phrase into the console:
fov 100
not only fov 100 is getting saved into the config.cfg file, also the v_psycho value of 1.

This one should clearly be using clientsettemp_for_type instead, which won't have that issue.

settemp_for_type is only for cvars for the server.
